| Are my ads distributed evenly thoughout the day? |
|
Of course! It makes no sense for your entire inventory to be exhausted in the first few hours that it is
added - this only wastes your money and aggravates viewers! Our system is automatically set up to distribute all campaigns over one
calendar month, and identifies each visitor as a unique entity. In practice this means that only unique clicks are included (i.e. a single
individual clicking on your ad five times will only register as ONE click and not five, thus preventing unintentional click-fraud). All
display intervals are entirely customizable - contact us if you have specific
requirements.

| Are my ads active the moment I send you payment? |
No. All ads are subject to manual approval and payment checks before going live. This helps us ensure that
offensive ads do not get into circulation, and that settings are fully checked to ensure that they work before inventory is wasted.
Generally speaking, ads are approved 12-24 hours after payment has been made. |

| How do I pay for the ads? |
|
All payments are processed by our processing partner, Paypal. This means that we can accept all major credit cards,
direct bank transfers, and other supported payment methods. |

| Do you have any limitations on banner content? |
|
We are a PG-13 rated site, so all banner content is subject to good taste rules. Banners showing, advertising,
or linking to pornography, alcohol, tobacco, drug sales, or any immoral or illegal material will not be accepted. We also reserve
the right to reject rich media adverts that include loud sounds and/or excessive flashing animations. |

| How much traffic does BioRUST receive? |

Traffic on BioRUST is impressive for a site in our content category, and visitor numbers continue to increase
on a daily basis! But don't take my word for it - we collect our statistics via Google, and easy viewing access is available for all
Google Analytics account holders upon request! |

| What kind of control do I have over my campaign? |
|
Due to our extensive use of the award-winning phpAdsNew software, we can offer
specific targetting based on day, time, language, browser, OS, and geographical location. And, of course, you receive daily
automatic e-mailings that report the performance of your campaigns.
NB. Please note that due to the added complexity and server load generated by targetted ads, all ads using precise targetting will
elicit a 25% cost surcharge on the total cost of each campaign. |

| Do you have a money back guarantee? |

We cannot guarantee the performance or effectiveness of your ad campaigns, but in the advent of technical
issues we will gladly refund your money, or correct the problems and restart your affected campaigns from scratch free of charge. |
