You could try adding some Outer Glow to the layer. |

**NEVERMIND* i had it set to Pencil instead of Brush. tha worst part is, i had already used these before normally an didn't have tha problem, HAHA...my bad ya'll.**
ok this a novice queshun here, but how do you get that same bright effect? in other words, how can i make these brushes pop like the ones in the accompanying image? how do i make them appear realistic? |
