Breast Enlargement

It is easy to be judgemental and call artificial breast enlargement in Photoshop immature... but lets face it, who doesn't look at themselves in a photograph and wish they could tweak their features just a little bit?

This tutorial details a simple method to help you enhance your assets by a couple of cup sizes. Have no illusions - the technique described here cannot be used to give you the buxom breasts of a porn star if you are normally flat-chested, but is ideal for adding the finishing touches to a photoshoot or other 'glamour-type' image.

Step 1:  Open up a stock image in Photoshop of any size and/or format. The best results for this tutorial usually involve large images with good color ranges and clean lines around the subject.

With the background layer selected in the layers palette, choose Layer > Duplicate Layer from the main menu. Select the original background layer in the layers palette, and make it invisible.

Step 2: Select the Background copy layer in the layers palette, take the Eraser Tool with a small hard-edged brush and erase some of the hair and background around one of the breasts.

Step 3: With the Background Copy layer still active in the layers palette, load up the Filter > Liquify dialog. In the filter's menu find and select the Freeze Mask Tool - this cool little tool actually freezes certain areas of the image, preventing them from being affected by other liquify tools. This is important, as the enlarged breasts involve a certain amount of distortion and we do not want this distortion to affect independant objects that must remain at a consistent size. With this in mind, select the beads & decorations between the breasts using the tool - it works a great deal like a quick mask.

HINT: To resize your mask tools faster, use ] and [ on your keyboard to make your brush tip bigger and smaller respectively..

Step 4:
Without leaving the liquify filter dialog, choose the Bloat tool and set a brush tip size which is a little bigger than the left breast. Use the bloat tool to make the left breast a little bit bigger. Don't go crazy - because it involves a distortion effect, overeager enhancement will look blatantly artificial. Of course, when you are finished with one breast, change the brush tip size again and repeat the process with the other.

Step 5: Now you can finally press OK on the liquify dialog to finalize your manipulations. Go back to the layer palette, unhide your background layer... and you're all done!

Have fun and remember that bigger is not always better! Don't overenhance your significant other or they may get offended and start enhancing pictures of YOU in return! ;)

NB. To compare before & after images, just place your mouse over the image to the left.

pretty good tutorial. now my wife wants to know if she can have a tummy tuck too.

Just liquify in the opposite direction: instead of outward, go inward...lol
LOVE the liquify filter!
